Returns

At Ellem Vintage we want to avoid impulse purchases and provide you with measurements so that you know whether or not an item will fit you.
We like to keep returns to a minimum as they are unsustainable and difficult to manage for a very small business.

However, as we want our customers to be fully happy with their purchases and want the items to be worn, we do accept returns. You can contact me at lucilejuliamerveille@gmail.com or via Instagram DMs within 7 days of receiving your parcel if you want to return an item*. I will then refund you promptly and you can send back the item to the following address:
